EXT'AIR

Dehumidifier using outside air

Ext’air is an air treatment system that uses outside air to dehumidify and cool the greenhouse.

The unit is fitted with a fan, two dampers and an automatic controller.

When the greenhouse is humid, if the outside air is dry enough and at a high enough temperature to be blown in, the outside air damper opens and the fan provides a high rate of air renewal.

When the greenhouse is too hot and the outside air is 5 to 10°C cooler, the outside air damper opens and the fan provides a high flow rate to cool the greenhouse.

Ext’air can communicate with the climate computer. The variable-speed fan can also be controlled to stir the air in the greenhouse in recirculation mode.
